your healthcare decisions.
You acknowledge that all decisions made following any consultation or coaching session are made using your own independent judgment.
Nothing communicated during any service should be interpreted as an instruction, guarantee, prediction, or requirement to take a particular course of action.
6. Astrocartography Readings
Astrocartography Readings are intended to provide insight, perspective, reflection, and guidance through the interpretation of astrological symbolism.
Astrology and astrocartography are interpretive disciplines rather than exact sciences.
Accordingly, no statement, recommendation, interpretation, or discussion should be understood as an objective fact, guarantee, prediction, or certainty regarding future events.
Readings are designed to support personal reflection and informed decision-making, not to replace professional advice or due diligence.
Clients acknowledge that relocation decisions involve numerous factors beyond the scope of astrocartography, including but not limited to:
finances;
employment;
immigration requirements;
visa eligibility;
taxation;
legal considerations;
healthcare;
relationships;
housing;
cultural fit;
political and economic conditions;
business opportunities;
personal preferences.
Clients remain solely responsible for evaluating these factors independently before making relocation or lifestyle decisions.
7. The Bold Move Coaching Program
The Bold Move is a coaching and strategic guidance program designed to support clients in navigating the practical and personal aspects of international relocation.
The program combines coaching, education, strategic planning, and astrocartography-based insight.
Coaching is a collaborative process.
Its effectiveness depends upon many factors beyond the control of the Practitioner, including the client's participation, implementation, commitment, decision-making, personal circumstances, and external conditions.
Participation in The Bold Move does not guarantee:
successful relocation;
increased income;
business growth;
visa approval;
improved relationships;
personal fulfilment;
financial success;
or any other specific outcome.
Clients acknowledge that coaching supports decision-making but does not replace personal responsibility.
8. Disclaimer & No Guarantees
Every effort is made to provide thoughtful, professional, and meaningful guidance.
However, all services are provided on an "as is" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no representations, warranties, or guarantees are made regarding:
accuracy;
completeness;
interpretation;
suitability;
reliability;
usefulness;
or outcomes resulting from any service provided.
Individual experiences differ significantly.
No guarantee is made regarding personal, professional, financial, business, emotional, relational, health, relocation, or lifestyle outcomes resulting from the use of any service.
Clients understand that all guidance provided represents professional opinion based on experience, astrological interpretation, coaching methodology, and personal expertise, and should not be interpreted as certainty or factual prediction.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clients acknowledge that all services provided by Bida by Annabel involve interpretation, coaching, education, and personal guidance.
While every reasonable effort is made to provide thoughtful, accurate, and high-quality services, all decisions made following any consultation, coaching session, recommendation, or communication remain solely the responsibility of the client.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Annabel van Westerop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, financial, business, personal, emotional, or other loss, damage, expense, or claim arising from or relating to:
participation in any service;
reliance upon any information provided;
relocation decisions;
business decisions;
employment decisions;
investments;
property purchases or rentals;
immigration or visa matters;
legal or tax matters;
relationship decisions;
health-related decisions;
or any action taken or not taken following a consultation or coaching session.
The Practitioner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or future performance of any recommendation or interpretation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Annabel van Westerop, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

astrology and astrocartography are interpretive disciplines;
coaching is a collaborative process;
personal results cannot be guaranteed;
no specific relocation, business, financial, personal, or lifestyle outcome is promised;
all decisions remain their own responsibility;
