These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Annabel van Westerop, including Astrocartography Readings and Energetic Therapy. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

Astrocartography

Nature of the Service

Astrocartography readings, insights, interpretations, recommendations, and related services (collectively referred to as "Astrocartography Readings") provided by Annabel van Westerop are intended solely for informational, educational, and personal development purposes. Astrology and astrocartography are tools for self-exploration and reflection and are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, immigration, investment, business, real estate, or any other form of professional advice or services.

Astrocartography Readings are not intended to predict future events with certainty, guarantee specific outcomes, or prescribe any particular course of action. Any decisions made based on information received during a reading remain entirely the responsibility of the client.

No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide thoughtful, accurate, and meaningful guidance, no representations, warranties, or guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, interpretation, or outcome of any information, recommendation, insight, consultation, communication, or material provided, whether paid or unpaid, written or verbal.

Results and experiences may vary between individuals. Annabel van Westerop makes no guarantee regarding personal, professional, financial, relational, business, or lifestyle outcomes resulting from the use of Astrocartography Readings or related services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Annabel van Westerop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, financial, business, personal, or other losses, damages, costs, expenses, or claims arising from or related to the use of, reliance upon, interpretation of, or decisions made based on any Astrocartography Reading, recommendation, consultation, communication, or related service.

Relocation Guidance

Relocation guidance, destination recommendations, business relocation support, and location-based insights are provided solely as decision-support tools and are not guarantees of suitability, success, satisfaction, or specific outcomes.

Clients acknowledge that relocation decisions involve numerous factors beyond the scope and control of the practitioner, including but not limited to personal circumstances, finances, legal and immigration matters, economic conditions, cultural fit, employment opportunities, business conditions, housing availability, relationships, health, and individual preferences.

Annabel van Westerop does not guarantee that any recommended location will meet a client's expectations, improve quality of life, increase income, support business growth, enhance relationships, or produce any other desired result. Clients remain solely responsible for all decisions and actions relating to relocation, travel, immigration, property purchases or rentals, business operations, investments, and any associated consequences.

Clients are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate before making relocation-related decisions.

Booking Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable once payment has been received. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled reading.

Energetic Therapy

Regenesis Healing, Distance Healing, Reiki Healing, or any form of energetic therapy (hereinafter referred to as "Energetic Therapy") offered by Annabel van Westerop is not intended as a substitute for medical intervention. Energetic Therapy is a complementary tool and does not exclude any other form of therapy, treatment, or medical care. If you wish to discontinue medications or therapy prescribed by another professional, this is a decision to be made between you and your healthcare provider.

Energetic Therapy does not assume responsibility for any treatments, medications, or interventions prescribed by other practitioners. It does not intend to interfere with any ongoing treatments or prescribed medical plans.

Although Energetic Therapy can produce excellent results, it is not guaranteed to work for everyone. You remain personally responsible for your own health and for how you choose to integrate Energetic Therapy into your wellness journey. Responsibility can never be shifted onto the practitioner or the creators of any energetic therapy techniques.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or in the case of a no-show, 50% of the session fee will be charged.

Right to Refuse Service

Annabel van Westerop reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at her discretion, at any time, and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the client’s behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful, or if continuing the session does not feel safe, aligned, or in integrity with the practitioner’s values. In the event that a session is terminated, no refund will be issued.
