Once payment is received, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. There is a button in your confirmation email which lets you reschedule with ease.

Appointments are available in both English and Dutch. Although I’m originally Dutch, I sometimes even dream in English :)

While the booking process is in English, feel free to complete the intake form in the language you're most comfortable with.

Your exact birth time is essential for an accurate astrocartography reading. You will usually find it on your birth certificate or family records. If those aren’t available, you can contact the local authorities in your city of birth for assistance.

Parent memory is acceptable, but it may not be entirely accurate, which could affect the reading.

If you’re unable to find your birth time, you may want to book a Birth Chart Rectification with an astrologer, who specialises in determining it.
