  • Once payment is received, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

    Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. There is a button in your confirmation email which lets you reschedule with ease.

  • Are you in a different time zone or on a tight working schedule?

    If you are struggling to find a fitting time, fill in the contact form before booking so we can see if we can find an alternative time slot for you!

    Time slots open up for the next 2 months.

  • We all get into situations where we feel like we want the answer today rather than tomorrow!

    Need your appointment ASAP and are there no available time slots? While there are no guarantees, please send your request through the contact form and I will see what I can do.

  • Appointments are available in both English and Dutch. Although I’m originally Dutch, I sometimes even dream in English :)

    While the booking process is in English, feel free to complete the intake form in the language you're most comfortable with.

  • Amazing that you’d like to gift a loved one a reading or session with Bida!

    Please send a message through the contact form and I will send you a payment link and personalised gift card with a redeemable code.

    In your message, include:

    • Name of the person receiving the gift card.

    • Amount you’d like to gift in Euros or USD.

  • Your exact birth time is essential for an accurate astrocartography reading. You will usually find it on your birth certificate or family records. If those aren’t available, you can contact the local authorities in your city of birth for assistance.

    Parent memory is acceptable, but it may not be entirely accurate, which could affect the reading.

    If you’re unable to find your birth time, you may want to book a Birth Chart Rectification with an astrologer, who specialises in determining it.

  • Before your reading, I’ll carefully prepare by exploring your questions and unique story.

    The reading itself is a one-on-one live video consultation with me.

    After your reading, you’ll be sent a video recording of the call, so you can revisit our conversation anytime.

  • Not at all! The reading is designed to answer all your location-related questions in a way that's accessible to everyone.

    What matters most are the energies present in each place, and I’ll explain everything clearly.

    However, if you do have astrology knowledge, you’re more than welcome to bring it into the conversation!

  • There’s a lot of information to absorb! While you’re welcome to take notes, it’s not required.

    I’ll provide a recording of the video call after the reading, so you can revisit all the details at any time.

  • It is definitely possible to do the reading in person if we find ourselves in the same area. I move around loads, so please be in touch before booking.

  • I use whole sign houses and traditional Hellenistic astrology techniques with the tropical zodiac.

    In the whole sign house system, each house aligns entirely with one zodiac sign. Your first house starts at the sign of your ascendant and spans all 30 degrees of that sign.
    For example, if you’re a Capricorn rising, your entire first house is Capricorn—your ascendant degree isn’t at the edge of the house but sits somewhere within it. Each house is exactly 30 degrees, unlike other systems where houses can stretch across multiple signs or vary in size.
    So, following the same example, your second house would be Aquarius, the third house Pisces, and so on.

    Energetic Therapy works by supporting your overall well-being while also helping to address deeper physical or emotional concerns. Using soft, intuitive touch, I guide energy to where it's needed most. There’s no force or manipulation—just a subtle activation of your body’s natural healing abilities, allowing your own system to take the lead.

  • The usage of a light touch without manipulation is comparable to Reiki. However, this method is more therapy-based, where we are able to target and treat a wide range of specific conditions, both emotionally and physically.

  • Energy work is an extremely powerful tool that can treat or relieve many types of conditions, whether it’s physical, emotional or mental.

  • Energetic therapy, both in-person and from a distance, is incredibly effective on babies and children of any age.

    They react very well to energy work and show results quickly.

    It is is 100% non-invasive. Energy never harms the body and will only treat what the body is ready and willing to heal.

  • Yes! I have worked with dogs and horses and love treating all kinds of animals. They respond incredibly quickly to energy work as they don’t have any of our limiting thoughts. It’s mesmerising to see and be a part of. Most importantly it’s a process for both of you. So you are very welcome to be there and be close.
